Complete the Book A Quilt Form
This is the way we will learn about your quilt and how we can help create a finished product you will love! You will let us know details about size, design preferences, backing and batting materials and more. We will reach out to you once the form is received to talk details, confirm pricing and walk you through prep and shipping.

Prep & Ship Your Quilt
Once you have booked a quilt, we will walk you through all the steps to prepare and ship your quilt. This can include trimming strings, proper folding techniques, and how to package/ship the quilt. These instructions will be customized depending on whether you are sending just a top and we are providing backing & batting or if you are sending each piece.

We Work Our Long Arm Magic
When your quilt is received, we'll get started! Using your pre-selected design and our digital edge-to-edge long arm technique we will have your quilt finished in no time! Once completed, we will send you pictures to ensure every detail is just as you envisioned. Once you approve, we'll send the invoice. Once paid we'll ship your finished quilt to you.
PANTOGRAPH DESIGNS
Finish your quilt with a pattern that speaks to you.
With our long arm quilting, digital end-to-end, process we use pantograph design patterns that repeat across the landscape of the quilt. There are thousands of different pantograph options to choose from. You are welcome to choose your own pattern and thread or I am happy to handle that for you. I have several patterns already available. For additional options, search any of these websites below. If you find a pantograph that I don't own, I'm happy to split the cost with you to buy it for your project. Search the terms pantograph or edge-to-edge (E2E) to find the right type of designs.
